Diamond Coordination Package
Have you booked your dream wedding and need someone to make sure your day runs smoothly?
Our day-of coordinators can help you with that and provide you a stress-free day. All packages will guarantee a Lead coordinator with one assistant.
Our team will reach out 3-5 weeks before your big day to make sure all vendors are booked, contracts are set, detailed timeline is created, and rehearsal or venue walkthrough is completed. On-site coordinators service times vary with a minimum of 6 hours.

Gold Coordination Package
Includes up to 12 hours of wedding-day coordination with a lead coordinator and one assistant. This package is best suited for larger or more detailed weddings requiring extended setup, vendor management, and event oversight.

Package pricing is based on weddings with up to 160 guests. Travel fees may apply to venues located more than 25 miles away. Custom rates are available for intimate weddings with fewer than 50 guests. Final pricing is based on the event location, guest count, schedule, staffing needs, and service requirements.
