Our  partial planning service will follow up with vendors you have already chose, provide you a wedding checklist to ensure you have everything you need, assist with any planning details that may have been missed, reserve any last minute vendors, create a detailed timeline, rehearsal or venue walkthrough, assist with minor personal decor, 12 hours of on-site coordination on your wedding day including a Lead coordinator and one assistant.​​

Have you booked your dream wedding and need someone to make sure your day runs smoothly?​

Our day-of coordinators can help you with that and provide you a stress-free day. All packages will guarantee a Lead coordinator with one assistant.

Our team will reach out 3-5 weeks before your big day to make sure all vendors are booked, contracts are set, detailed timeline is created, and rehearsal or venue walkthrough is completed. On-site coordinators service times vary with a minimum of 6 hours.​
